Member Plan Overview:

Our plans include the Totally FREE Plan, and a Monthly Plan as detailed below. 

A. Totally FREE Plan: This plan is available to everyone free of charge with no time limitation whatsoever, including receiving email Trade Alerts. However, it is limited to use of our ready-made FREE Strategies, all of which beat the S&P 500 and have reduced downside risk. You may also freely evaluate any Premium Strategy and experiment with creating Custom Strategies, but will be limited to viewing 90-day old charts and trade histories for them. If you're cautious, you can start here with no obligation at all.

Active Strategies:  Active Strategies are intended for active investment management or tracking use. Trade alerts are sent regardless of subscription status, but the Buy and Sell ticker symbols are only visible for Active Premium strategies if the Strategy has a current paid subscription. You can have up to 30 Active Strategies. Sandbox Strategies: Sandbox Strategies provide a space to build and evaluate Strategies for possible future use without subscription fees and without receiving trade alerts. When it is time to apply it to real investments, re-locate it to your Active Strategies to enable the Buy / Sell symbols and trade alerts. See Also These Detailed Terms

B. The 30-Strategy Monthly Subscription Plans: This plan allows power-users to more conveniently and economically manage numerous accounts or manage numerous subdivided accounts using different Strategies to achieve greater overall portfolio diversification. The monthly subscription fee is based on the average number of Active Premium Strategies used during the prior month. It includes full access to our ready-made Premium Strategies, the ability to create Custom Strategies, and provides email/text Alerts for your subscribed Strategies.  You may cancel your subscription at any time, however monthly subscription fees are generally not refundable. The only difference between this plan and the 5-Strategy Monthly Subscription Plan above is the increased limit of 30 total Active Strategies and the $200/month hard limit on the maximum charges allowed to your card under the terms of the subscription that is enforced both by our server and the Amazon Payments server.

SectorSurfer Economic Value Decision:

The table below provides a decision analysis based on your expected break-even return required to make SectorSurfer subscription fees worthwhile. For example, if you had a $50,000 account to manage and the subscription fee for a Premium Strategy was $10/month, then you must have confidence that you will likely earn at least 0.24% more per year to justify a SectorSurfer subscription. We hope you'll consider our Strategies to be a true bargain for the help they provide.

 Other Detail Billing Terms:

1. Payment Policy: It is our policy to utilize the third-party services of Amazon Payments to process subscription payments at arm's length wherein only they have, hold, and secure your credit card information. Our interface to the Amazon Payments server simply informs SumGrowth Inc. that a subscription order has been placed and payment has been received by Amazon Payments. We provide an ordering interface to Amazon Payments on our Subscriptions page.

2. Refund Policy:  It is our policy to offer no subscription refunds for the following reasons: once a Monthly Subscription has been paid, you have immediate full access to all current trade information and thus are presumed to have received some or all of the benefit of the subscription,  However, you may make a special appeal for a refund of the last payment if your situation is extraordinary by sending us an email from our Contact Us page.

3. Expiration Policy: When the tem of your current subscription payment expires our server will request Amazon Payments to process a payment for a subsequent period of time. Normally this will result in uninterrupted service for an indefinite period of time. However, your subscription may remain expired under the following circumstances: (1) you have canceled the subscription order with Amazon Payments so that no further payments will be made, (2) your credit card has expired and no further payments can be made, or (3) your credit card company has declined the charge for some other reason. We will send you notification if your credit card has expired or payment has been declined by your credit card company. When your subscription account expires for any reason you will no longer be able to see the current Strategy trade information. Reinstating the account is as simple as providing Amazon Payments with updated or valid credit card information.

4. Sharing Policy: Sharing Strategy information with others is defined to include sharing by email, sharing by online posting, or sharing data by other means where Strategy charts and/or fund trade information are shared with non-subscribers. Sharing current Strategy information for FREE Strategies is encouraged, and is our gift to the public. Sharing current Strategy information for Premium and Custom Strategies is strictly prohibited. However, sharing 90-day old Strategy information for Premium and Custom Strategies is encouraged as, for example, implied by the button on every chart.
